At Saint James, our approach to mission is rooted in relationships—with our neighbors, with community partners, and with one another. We care about real needs and long-term impact. When you get involved here, you’re contributing to meaningful, justice-oriented work.

Ways You Can Plug In

Stock or deliver items for the Blessing Box, a 24/7 ministry supporting those facing food insecurity

Join a monthly Mission of the Month effort, from school supply drives to health and wellness campaigns

Support food justice partnerships with the Black Faith Leaders and Black Farmers Network

Volunteer in local schools—from elementary through college—through tutoring, mentoring, or classroom support

Participate in civic engagement work like the Black and Brown Women’s Voting Initiative with the Beloved Community Center

Offer behind-the-scenes help organizing donations or communicating with our partner organizations
